Mobile App Upgrade!

We are excited to announce the upgrade of our mobile banking application with a sleek new design as well as an improved user experience & interface.

For iPhone users:

  • You should receive a prompt to update the application to the newest version.
  • If you do not receive this prompt, it will be necessary for you to remove and reinstall the new application from the App Store.
  • Sign in with your access ID and passcode and reenable the biometrics if you previously had the feature enabled.
  • Accept the new Terms and Conditions in order to use the newest version of the Apple application.

For Android users:

  • You will be required to remove the old application and download the new version from the Google PlayStore by clicking on the following link: https://play.google.com/store

To report fraud against your Citizens State Bank Debit Card during regular banking hours, please call 936-398-2566 or 936-642-1444.
